The minimum deposit and minimum withdrawal amount is £20. Withdrawals are processed within 0–24 hours, subject to completed verification. Your real-money balance is always used before any bonus balance.

When you activate a bonus, specific conditions apply before any withdrawal can be made from that bonus balance. For the welcome bonus, a 40x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount. During any period in which a bonus is active, your maximum permitted bet per round or spin is £5. Attempting to circumvent wagering conditions — for example by placing bets that do not contribute to the requirement, or by exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine play — constitutes a breach of these terms. Prohibited conduct on SpinBob includes, but is not limited to: operating more than one account; colluding with other players; using automated software, bots, or any tool designed to gain an unfair advantage; and engaging in any form of fraudulent activity. Where we identify such conduct, we may suspend or close the relevant account, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, and report the matter to the relevant authority where required.

Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, which may include a notice on the site or a message to your registered contact details.
